TA 21400 Drafting for Theatre

This course explores the fundamentals of drafting and technical drawing for the theatre. Students learn the methods used to read and create 2-D drawings used in technical theatre practices. Half of the semester is used to explore hand-drafting techniques. The second half of the semester is used to introduce students to computerized drafting techniques using both Vectorworks and AutoCAD.
