CJ 31000 Criminal Law
This course is the analysis of the purposes and sources of the criminal law and will include an examination of the preliminary crimes of solicitation, conspiracy, and attempt. The specific elements of crimes against the person and crimes against property are addressed. A consideration of defenses to criminal liability is also undertaken.
