CMS 25100 Professional Discernment & Orientation

Students will focus on their call to ministry, examining personal growth and commitment. Goal setting, time and financial management, and strategic planning will be emphasized, with special attention given to the challenge of learning to adapt to different leadership styles, church decision making, etc. Students will learn to write a professional résumé.
