INTL 48032 International Management

This course builds on the foundations of global business through a survey of the International Business issues such as the political, legal, economic and cultural environments. It then proceeds to address management issues on an international scale. These issues include strategy formulation and implementation; organizational structure; managerial decision making and control; and human resource related topics such as leadership, motivation, selection and development. The course uses library research, case studies, and current business events to understand the methods and practices that international management uses to address these issues.
