MGMT 46063 Business Law III

This course is a comprehensive study of the major areas of law that affect the legal and social environment of business. Topics to be addressed are business ethics, constitutional law, and governmental regulation of business, administrative agencies, international trade, intellectual property rights, and cyber law. Students will utilize reading comprehension, critical thinking, writing competence, and oral communication skills to analyze diverse fact patterns from a legal prospective. The course material will be presented primarily through the Socratic Method.

a C or better in MGMT 26061 and ENG 17000. Also required is the successful completion of the Writing Proficiency Assessment (WPA) or ENG 21000.
