Master’s Degree Requirements
Quarter graduate degree programs typically consist of five core clusters and a capstone course. The following are the overall requirements to earn a master’s degree through the quarter program:
- Completion of a 48 credit hour degree program (five clusters plus the capstone course or culminating project).
- Completion of the objectives set forth in the program overview.
- Demonstration of graduate level writing and speaking as evaluated by the faculty advisor and instructor each term.
- Completion of the capstone course with a grade of “A” or “B.”
- A cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
- Completion of all practicum, apprenticeship, and residency requirements connected with the degree program, as specified by the program overview.
