This course integrates theory, research, and applications that provide the cornerstones for the study of managing within organizations. The functions of management, human behavioral studies and leadership styles are examined.

Students study and analyze the primary factors affecting behavior and relationships in organizations. Particular emphasis is given to examining the structure, processes, and behavior within organizations to better understand the management systems and processes that move organizations forward. Offered at all locations intermittently.

Students will study the elements of union-management relationships. It includes case-study application of the systems and processes associated with labor and management contracts and negotiations. Offered at all locations intermittently.
