For students seeking K-12 certification in dance, the Bachelor of Arts in Dance degree can be combined with a Minor in Education. This program requires a minimum GPA of 3.0 for the following courses:

Special General Education Courses
The Bachelor of Arts in Dance with Minor in Education program also requires the following:
• A three credit hour ART, ARTH, MUS, or TA course to satisfy the GE-Human Culture: Arts requirement.
• A three credit hour U.S. Government course.
• A minimum GPA of 2.75 for all GE courses.
• A minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75.
• Passing scores on periodic assessments of program-level student learning outcomes
