BIO 41700 Molecular Biology

This course covers the fundamental roles of nucleic acids and proteins, the molecular basis of the genetic code, and gene expression with special emphasis on current recombinant DNA and RNA technology. Laboratory experiments will focus on using plasmid vector systems to clone bacterial genes. Lab fee required.
