Co-curricular Employment for International Students

Given the purpose of a modern graduate education is to obtain applicable skills, resources, and experience, the graduate IT and business programs (when allocated) support the solicitation of an internship during students’ course of study.  International students are eligible to work under Curricular Practical Training (CPT), pending authorization from the academic department and Office of Admissions & Services for International Students (OASIS). Students who participate in the Co-curricular Employment / Internship (CPT) opportunity must meet the requirements of the program, maintain the required GPA of the program, and be in good social standing in order to maintain their internship (CPT) authorization. If the student does not maintain the required GPA or good social standing their internship (CPT) authorization will be cancelled/terminated.
