IPC 51100 Foundations of Clinical Mental Health Counseling

This course is an introduction to the field of counseling, services, tools and challenges of the professional counselor. Another focus is the theoretical and applied study of the helping relationship, the facilitative conditions, techniques of interviewing, and counselor self-awareness and use of self and client self-awareness.
