GAM 55800 Game Development I

This advanced laboratory course will analyze the rise in video game popularity, the psychological effects of prolonged gaming, debate the idea of game design as an art form, and provide students with the skills and opportunity to create a two-dimensional game. Through case studies, students will analyze the theories behind video games and their development. Lab fee required. This class may require the use of a virtual reality headset identified by the instructor.
