PHS 31500 Introduction to Community Structure and Organization

This course provides an introduction to community organization and structure as a basis for assessing and building community capacity. Strategies, models, and techniques to assess community structure, strengths and areas of need are introduced. Approaches and methods to build community capacity to address systemic problems or change public policy will be explored.
