PS 30000 Comparative Analysis

GE-Human Culture: Foreign Culture/Human Diversity This course examines why some countries provide better living conditions for their citizens. How do political institutions, a country’s history, parties and party systems, or social forces such as culture and ethnicity influence these differences? In this course, you will learn about the world, political culture, democracy, globalization, and why countries choose different policy responses to global problems. You will use this knowledge to explore other countries and gain a better understanding of how your own country functions by comparison.
