Leadership, MA

The Master of Arts (MA) in leadership degree program is specifically designed for people like you who already have an undergraduate degree and would like to enter a graduate program that will allow them to take a leadership role in a company, organization or in the U.S. armed forces.

When you earn a leadership degree from Lindenwood University Global College, you will be well-positioned for leadership roles. If you plan to lead a large or small organization as a part of your career goals, a leadership master’s degree would help you develop your career and leverage better placement as a member of management or executive management.

The leadership MA program will teach you essential skills including organizational communications, financial policy, personnel law, business operations and organizational change and development courses. If you believe that you would like to lead through organizational changes that occur during the natural course of business, a leadership degree will position you for success.
