ACCT 41070 Financial Statement Analysis

This course focuses on preparing students to be able to analyze and interpret financial statements and reports by exploring profitability and risk analysis based on economic characteristics of a firm's business. Special emphasis is placed on the importance of using financial information for decision-making, forecasting, and analysis. Case studies are utilized to apply the tool of financial statement analysis to real companies in a variety of industries. Lab fee may be required.**
