MTH 38901 Undergraduate Research

This course provides undergraduates with an opportunity to perform research in pure or applied mathematics. Under the supervision of a faculty member, a student will independently study a chosen area of mathematics. Students are expected to explore significant problems in their topic, draw conclusions, and, if applicable, identify real world applications to their work. This is an undergraduate research course. This course may be repeated for credit, for a total of up to nine credit hours. Lab fee may be required.
