SPMGT 37060 Sport Law
This course explores the study of the law as it pertains to sport and physical activity. SPMGT 37060 is an advanced course that is designed to provide students with an overview of legal issues that arise in all areas of sport, recreation, and physical activity. The course will examine torts, Constitutional law, contracts, collective bargaining agreements, agency, and social responsibility in both amateur and professional sport.
