HIST 21200 US History: American Military History Since 1941

GE-Human Culture: US History/Government [GE-AmGovHis] This survey of American history traces the development of the United States as seen through the prism of American Military history. This course is a study of the role of the military in American life during war and peace from 1941 to the present. Tactical, strategic, political, economic, and social contexts as well as technological developments are considered in attempting to understand the causes, conduct, and consequences of armed conflict.
