ICJ 51300 Constitutional Law and Corrections

This course examines constitutional law in the context of issues related to prisons, jails, and community corrections. Constitutional rights of prisoners and individuals under supervision will be addressed. Major legal cases related to prisoner's constitutional rights are examined, including current cases raising constitutional issues pertinent to corrections officials.
