PHRL 10400 The Examined Life

GE-Human Culture: Philosophy This course is an introduction to philosophy. Students will be introduced to the subject and methods of philosophy through a close reading of Plato’s Republic and Aristotle’s Nicomachean Ethics. Topics include questions about the nature of reality, knowledge, the mind, and ethical, social, and political relations. Only original sources used.
