COM 34900 User Research

Students will perform user research using methods such as usability tests, card sorting, A/B tests, interviews, focus groups, and surveys. Students will collect and analyze both quantitative and qualitative data, and make design recommendations through UX tools such as personas, journey maps, and storyboards.
