Business Administration, BS

The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration program in the School of Accelerated Degree
Programs prepares students to lead in corporate or nonprofit organizations and enhances their
knowledge and business acumen. The program fosters effective business skills along with critical thinking,
problem solving and adaptive decision making. The curriculum is taught by seasoned business professionals
who leverage current industry practices to teach academic concepts and business applications. Student
achievements of the program learning outcomes are highly important. Students will take formative and
summative assessments while studying in the program. Some testing fees are required for some
assessments. Upon degree completion, students have broadened knowledge and skills for career growth in
multiple industries.

The BS in Business Administration requires either quantitative management applications, college algebra or an approved quantitative methods for business course that will fulfill the general education mathematics requirement. Basics statistics is also required for the major, which may be used to fulfill a general education elective requirement.

The ADP Bachelor of Science in Business Administration program has received specialized accreditation by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP, www.acbsp.org).
