Simultaneous Membership Program/Reserve Officer Training Corps (SMP/ROTC):

This program enables members of the Missouri Army National Guard to participate in ROTC to earn their commission as officers in the U.S. Army, obtain a bachelor’s degree in a field of their choice, and have a guaranteed obligation with the Missouri Army National Guard.
