FBD 37200 History of Costume to 1900

This course is a study of social and cultural history and the resulting costumes worn by men, women, and children from primitive times to 1900. Emphasis is given to the ways in which politics, economics, and technology affected the changing silhouettes of each period. This class may require the use of a virtual reality headset identified by the instructor.
