PARA 47102 Critical Care Paramedicine II

This course is one of two courses that together covers the Critical Care Paramedicine Curriculum. At the end of the two courses, students will have the didactic knowledge portion to sit for various Critical Care Certification examinations including Critical Care Paramedic – Certified and Flight Paramedic - Certified. Critical Care Paramedic II covers the following topics:

Neurologic Emergencies
Gastrointestinal Emergencies
Genitourinary Emergencies
Endocrine Emergencies
Environmental Emergencies
Infectious and Communicable Diseases
Toxicological Emergencies
Obstetric and Gynecologic Emergencies

Current Paramedic License/Certification or approval by the Paramedic Program Director.
