ARTH 36200 Twentieth-Century Art/Contemporary

This course is a study of the developments in Europe and America from the Second World War to the Post-modern era. The development of contemporary art and the contributions made since Abstract Expressionism in the visual arts and architecture are examined, emphasizing the relationships between art, culture, politics and religion. This class may require the use of a virtual reality headset identified by the instructor.
