GE-Human Culture: Foreign Culture/Human DiversityThis course is a study of select non-Eurocentric cultures and their art and architecture in their original contexts. Particular emphasis will be given to social, cultural, aesthetic, and political contexts in which artistic practices developed embodied in art forms from Asia, Oceania, Africa, the Middle East, Latin America, and others. This class may require the use of a virtual reality headset identified by the instructor.
